Research Article Abstract

The objective of this paper was to compare the inhibitory effects in intact Ganoderma spores with sporoderm-broken spores which were broken by enzymatic method and physical method on three kind of tumour cells including MT-1(Human Breast Cancer),Jurkat(Human T cell lymphoblast-like cell line) and U343(Human astrocytoma cell line).The experiments indicated that the inhibitory effects of Ganoderma spores on cancer cell growth were sporoderm-broken spores(broken by en-zymatic method) sporoderm-broken spores(broken by physical method) intact spores.The sporoderm-broken spores broken by enzymatic method improved the inhibitory effects significantly.
